Thai GL Series The Secret of Us Episode 7 Recap & Spoilers
Lingling Sirilak Kwong and Orm Kornnaphat Sethratanapong’s ongoing Thai GL series, The Secret of Us, released episode 7 on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. ICT on Channel 3. The episode focuses on the rollercoaster love story of Fahlada (Ling) and Earn (Orm).
Lada Learns about the Planned Marriage
In episode 7 of The Secret of Us, Lada confronts Nu and asks him about the agreement he made with her mother. Nu reveals that he wasn’t aware that Russamee would announce their marriage. Lada confesses that she never loved Nu romantically and already has someone else she loves. Despite this, Nu argues that they can’t avoid the marriage because their elders want it.
Lada Stands Up to Her Mother
Lada confronts Russamee and asserts that she is not an object to be controlled. She refuses to marry Nu and begs her mother not to force her. Russamee insists that she has the right to choose what’s best for her child, but Lada stands firm in her decision.
Earn Supports Lada
Feeling overwhelmed by the situation, Lada seeks comfort from Earn. Earn consoles her, and Lada thanks him for being there for her. Earn takes care of Lada by soaking her feet in water and giving her a back massage. They share intimate moments and spend the night together.
Tan’s Intervention
Tan witnesses Nu’s attempt to give flowers to Lada at the hospital. He tells Nu that Lada is busy with a case and asks him to schedule for another day. Nu insists on waiting for Lada and apologizes to her. Lada firmly tells Nu to stop trying to marry her because she can’t love someone like him.
Tan apologizes to Nu on behalf of his friend and asks him if he truly loves Lada. Nu admits that he’s starting to doubt his feelings and reveals that their families want them to marry for the benefit of their businesses.
Lada’s Escape
Russamee insists that Nu must marry Lada as she has already announced it to the media. She warns Nu that everything will fall apart if he doesn’t comply. Despite this, Lada refuses to go to a hospital training session in Pattaya with Nu and sends Tan in her place. When Russamee finds Lada at the hospital, Lada lies and says she couldn’t attend due to an urgent case.
Nu seeks Tan’s help in figuring out his feelings and almost kisses him before passing out.
A Revelation and a New Beginning
Lada overhears her father, Phuthares, telling Russamee that their daughter could have been with Earn if she hadn’t interfered and caused their breakup. He accuses Russamee of manipulating Lada and making her misunderstand the situation for selfish reasons. In a flashback, it is revealed that Russamee falsely told Lada that Earn used them for her mother’s treatment.
Lada decides to leave her parents’ house and move in with Earn. She confronts her mother and apologizes to Earn for all the pain she has caused. Lada even resigns from the hospital as a sign of her commitment to their relationship.
In the end, Lada goes to Earn and confesses that she knows the whole truth. She apologizes to him, and they embark on their new life together.
